We have been manufacturing high quality plastic injection molds for more than 29 years.Our tooling department has experience in designing and manufacturing molds for these industries: Medical / Dental Electronics Aerospace Housing / Construction Automotive Telecommunications Video Gaming Consumer Goods   INJECTION MOLD PROJECTS   TELECOMMUNICATIONS This four-cavity injection mold incorporates three sliding mechanisms for each cavity. One of the slide cores travels on a curved path in order to create the inside contour of the plastic part. No hydraulics were used in the construction of this tool. All slide actions are produced mechanically and contained within the tool.     AUTOMOTIVE This mold is another example of the complexity which has become commonplace at QTC. This four-cavity tool produces a wire insulating part for the automotive industry. Each cavity requires six slides to form the intricate features of the part.     MEDICAL / DENTAL Motorized indexing synchronized with the molding cycle allows this mold to produce sixteen Oral-B© dental floss holders in a single shot. The parts are then lifted out of their cavities, indexed out of the tool and molding continued.     If you can imagine it, we can help you produce it.
