Capabilities

    Our Tooling Department is very diversified in the field of mold making. From single cavity prototypes to multiple cavity, valve-gate hot-runner systems with 2 sliding mechanisms, Quashnick Tool has the skill and expertise to take on the most complex mold making assignments.

Production Tooling

    Our main focus is on multiple cavity, high production tooling. We specialize in building tools for complex parts to be molded with many different resins.

Prototype Tooling

   With our highly skilled staff and well equiped toolroom, we are able to produce prototype tooling with short lead times.

EDM

    Our EDM department offers both wire and sinker capabilities. We also have a hole drilling EDM capable of drilling .015" diameter holes through any conductive material.
